Return and Refund Policy

Leopard Fitness is operated by East to West Co Ltd. We want customers to be confident in their purchase. Because many of our products are large, heavy, assembled equipment that may require specialized transportation or installation, return eligibility depends on the condition of the product and whether delivery or installation services have already been performed.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unmodified, in resalable condition, and include all original parts, accessories, hardware, manuals, and packaging where applicable.

Before returning any product, you must contact us at hi@leopardfitness.ca and receive return authorization. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Large Fitness Equipment

Functional trainers, Smith machines, racks, benches, storage systems, flooring, and other large or heavy products may require inspection before a return is approved.

Unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return transportation, freight, disassembly, and any other expenses required to return the product to Leopard Fitness.

Equipment that has been permanently installed, modified, damaged after delivery, improperly assembled, or used beyond normal inspection may not qualify for return.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

Installation or assembly charges are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

If an order is cancelled before delivery or installation is performed, any service that has not yet been completed may be refunded, less any non-recoverable transportation, scheduling, handling, or third-party costs already incurred.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact hi@leopardfitness.ca as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances, Leopard Fitness may provide replacement parts, repair, replacement equipment, or another appropriate resolution.

Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the normal function or safety of the equipment are not necessarily considered defects.

Commercial, Bulk, and Special Orders

Custom orders, specially sourced equipment, commercial quotations, bulk purchases, and products ordered specifically for a customer may be final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.

Applicable warranty rights remain unaffected.

Smaller Products and Accessories

Eligible accessories and smaller products may be returned within the 14-day return period if they are unused, complete, and in resalable condition.

Opened, used, damaged, modified, or incomplete products may not qualify for return.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery, installation, assembly, freight, or return transportation charges are not refundable unless the return results from an error by Leopard Fitness or a confirmed covered defect.

Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hi@leopardfitness.ca.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched, specially ordered, assembled, or scheduled for delivery can generally be cancelled.

Once costs have been incurred in preparing, transporting, sourcing, or scheduling an order, those costs may be deducted from the amount refunded.

Warranty

Warranty claims are separate from returns.

Product-specific warranty terms will apply where provided. Warranty coverage generally applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, accidents, or normal wear.
